1197.02 APPEAL PROCEDURE AND FEE.
   Appeals to the Board of Zoning Appeals concerning interpretations or administration of this Zoning Ordinance may be taken by any person aggrieved or by any officer or bureau of the legislative authority of the City affected by any decision of the Zoning Inspector. Such appeal shall be taken within twenty days after the decision by filing, with the Zoning Inspector and with the Board of Zoning Appeals, a notice of appeal specifying the grounds upon which the appeal is being taken. A fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) shall be paid to the Zoning Inspector at the time an appeal is filed, which the Inspector shall forthwith pay to the Auditor's Office to the credit of the General Fund. The Zoning Inspector shall transmit to the Board all the papers constituting the record upon which the action appealed from was taken. The Board, at its discretion, may hold a public hearing before rendering a decision on the matter.
