A sexually oriented business may be established, located or operated in any of the zoning districts as set forth in Chapter 1147 provided that the proposed location is at least 1,000 feet from the following uses (hereinafter referred to as "sensitive uses"):
(a) Church;
(b) School;
(c) Public park or recreational area;
(d) Residential district or lot containing a residential structure, including multi-family dwellings;
(e) Another sexually oriented business;
(f) Nursing home, convalescent home, extended care facility;
(g) Library or museum;
(h) Historic site or historic landmark;
(i) Bar, taverns, or other liquor establishments;
(j) Residential social service facility;
(k) Open space;
(l) Community service district;
(m) Youth-oriented establishment; or
