1192.01 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

This section regulates the location and size of satellite dishes in order to protect the public health and safety and to protect the visual character of residential areas. This section is intended to comply with state and federal law, policies and guidelines and does not intend to impair the installation, maintenance, or use of satellite dishes.
