The Zoning Inspector shall authorize the issuance of permits required by this chapter and shall collect all applicable fees and expenses which shall be as follows:
(a) A nonrefundable filing and processing fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) shall accompany the conditional use application submitted to the Board of Zoning Appeals. Applicants seeking conditional use permits in accordance with this chapter shall not be required to pay the conditional use permit fee as contained in Chapter 1194.
(b) If the conditional use application is approved by the Board, the following zoning permit fees shall be collected before a permit is granted:

(1) New wireless telecommunications facility: $1500.00
(2) New wireless communication antenna, on an existing tower or building: $500.00
(d) A fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) shall be paid for the annual inspection required under Chapter 1194.
(e) The applicant for a wireless telecommunications tower and/or wireless telecommunications facility shall be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the City or its agents for any technical and/or engineering services deemed necessary by the City to perform any reviews or inspections as required by this chapter where such expenses exceed any fees already collected as provided for herein.
