(a) Any business location closed for more than a period of thirty consecutive days and having signage shall have the signs removed upon order of the Zoning Inspector or his designee.
(b) The order shall be served in the manner utilized for other official notices by the Zoning Department and may be served upon the owner of the premise and/or the agent/owner of the subject business.
(c) Failure to comply with the order will allow the City to remove the signs at the expense of the property owner and/or agent/owner of the subject business.
