A statement, prepared by a professional with expertise in parking and parking demand, shall be provided demonstrating the need for required parking and reasonable consistency with the following documents that are considered as part of the Site Plan approval process. Parking Demand and Management Studies shall be developed in accordance with the standards set forth in the following documents: (a) the Urban Land Institute, Shared Parking; 2nd Edition, as amended; (b) the Urban Land Institute, the Dimensions of Parking, 4th Edition, as amended; or (c) Institute of Transportation Engineers, Parking Generation Manual, 4th Edition, as amended, (or) other standard reference agreed to and approved by the City Engineer.
