193.02 USE OF HUD HANDBOOK.

The Director of Urban Redevelopment in complying with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 shall utilize HUD Handbook 1371.1 as such handbook applies to displacement of persons.
