1146.01 REQUIREMENTS.
   In business and industrial zones no building hereafter erected, reconstructed, remodeled or altered shall exceed the height, be located on a lot of less width and area, have smaller yards, or ground floor area than the minimum requirements listed below.

Footnotes:
(1)   None required unless property abuts a residential district; then same as the R-4 District.
(2)   No side yard required, except a 15-foot side yard shall be required on the side of a lot abutting a lot or tract in an adjoin R-District.
(3)   None required except where abutting an R-District, then not less than 20 feet.
(4)   The ground area occupied by all the buildings shall not exceed in the aggregate fifty percent (50%) of the total area of the lot or tract
(5)   No side yards required, except a 30-foot side yard shall be required on the side of a lot or tract in an adjoining R-District.
(6)   Fifty feet on that portion of a lot or tract abutting upon an R-District.
(7)   Maximum percent of lot coverage excluding accessory buildings.
(8)   Minimum percent of lot to be landscaped.
(9)   Side yard width shall be 10% of lot width, but not less than five (5) feet.
