(2)    Parking areas adjacent to and accessory to the principal use of multi-family residential, community service, business or industry, but not for the purpose of a commercial parking lot. Does not apply to single-family residential uses.
(3)    Social Residential Service Facility as defined in Chapter 1131 of this Zoning Ordinance.
