1137.01 REQUIREMENTS.
   In residential zones no building hereafter erected, reconstructed, remodeled or altered shall exceed the height, be located on a lot of less width and area, or have smaller yards or ground floor area than the minimum requirements listed below.

Footnotes:
(1)   All yards shall be increased one foot for each foot of building height above forty-five (45) feet.
(2)   Side yard width shall be 10% of lot width, but not less than five (5) feet.
(3)   Side yard width shall be 10% of lot width, except not less than seven (7) feet.
(4)   Maximum percent of lot coverage excluding accessory buildings.
(5)   Minimum percent of lot to be landscaped.
