(a) In computing the depth of a rear yard for any principal building where such yard opens into an alley, one-half of the width of such alley, may be considered as a portion of the yard.
(b) In the case of a building located on a through lot and fronting on both streets, the front yard requirements shall be met on both streets.
(c) In a residential district, no dwelling shall be so located on a lot that the rear yard thereof faces a street line unless such dwelling is located thirty feet or more from such line.
