In any business or industrial district, the height limitation of the district may be exceeded by structures requiring special design on account of their particular use in industry or commerce, such as chimneys, stacks, grain elevators, detached water or wireless towers, electrical conductor transmission towers, etc., provided they otherwise comply with the regulations herein prescribed, and are approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
