1134.99 PENALTIES.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision contained in Chapter 1134 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (b)   See Section 1194.10 which contains penalties for all other violations of this chapter.
   (c)   The provisions of Chapter 1134 may be enforced by either the Nuisance Inspector, Zoning Inspector, or any police officer.
