(a) Upon the Administrator's request, any booking agent shall provide a list of all vendors in the City that have listed hotels with it, including the hotel's addresses, the vendor's contact information and any other requested information.
(b) Any booking agency that lists one or more hotels in the City and that does not collect the tax on behalf of all the vendors of such hotels shall provide the City quarterly within thirty (30) days of the end of the calendar quarter a list of all City hotels that it listed during the prior calendar year but for which it did not collect and remit, along with their addresses, the vendor's contact information and any other contact information.
(c) Any booking agent that lists one or more hotels in the City shall:
(1) at the time any vendor first lists a hotel with it, notify the vendor of the vendor's tax and license obligations to the City
(2) annually provide all vendors of one or more hotels with a reminder of their tax and license obligations to the City.
In both cases, the booking agent shall use language provided or approved by the Administrator. (Ord. 122-2018. Passed 6-4-18.)
