187.15 ENFORCEMENT OF COLLECTION.

The Treasurer shall enforce payment of all admissions tax owing to the City of Canton and keep accurate records for a minimum of six (6) years, showing the amount due from each taxpayer required to file and make any return and showing the dates and amounts of payments thereof.
