The Treasurer shall collect and receive the tax imposed by this chapter in the manner prescribed herein from taxpayers, keep an accurate record thereof, and report all monies so received. The Treasurer shall deduct and retain one percent of the collection and receipt of said taxes to cover the costs to the City's income tax revenue fund of administering the admissions taxes.
