1701.03 HEALTH COMMISSIONER.

The Board of Health shall appoint for full time service a Health Commissioner, who shall perform such duties as may be required of him by law and who shall receive such compensation as the Board may determine. The Board of Health may appoint public health nurses, clerks, physicians and other persons as they deem necessary and as provided by law.
