All buildings and/or multi-family dwellings which require the installation of automatic fire alarm systems and/or single station smoke detectors shall have the required alarm systems and smoke detectors installed not later than ninety days after inspection by the Fire Prevention Bureau, which inspection report shall be made in writing and a copy furnished to the owner, agent, lessor or manager of a building or multi-family dwelling.
