1501.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, BOCA or the Ohio Fire Code or failing to comply with any order issued pursuant to any section thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day that a violation continues, after service of notice as provided for in BOCA or in the Ohio Fire Code, shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 281-87. Passed 12-21-87.)
