1501.01 ADOPTION OF OHIO FIRE CODE.

The City shall utilize and enforce the Ohio Fire Code, which is promulgated by the State Fire Marshal. The Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau may, with the approval of the Fire Chief, make inspections, write violations and institute enforcement proceedings pursuant to the Ohio Fire Code.
