(a) Any previously approved external wood burning appliances correctly installed and operating prior to the effective date of this section shall comply with Section 1355.02.
(b) Use of any existing external wood burning appliance incorrectly installed and operating shall cease and desist until reasonable steps can be taken to insure that the external wood burning appliance complies with the applicable requirements of this section.
