1337.05 WALKWAYS.

The pool shall be completely surrounded by a walkway at least three feet in width which shall be drained away from the pool. The provisions contained in this section shall not apply to existing swimming pools or swimming pools now in the process of construction as of June 16, 1969. (Ord. 165-69. Passed 6-16-69.)
