1321.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and imprisoned for not more than thirty days for each offense. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense.
