It shall be the duty of the City Electrical Inspector to enforce the provisions of this chapter. If a condition or circumstance exists or arises which is not specifically provided for herein, the Electrical Inspector shall prescribe the requirements necessary to make such work conform to the intent and purposes hereof so that when installed, such work shall be proper and reliable.
