(a) No Certificate of Inspection shall be issued unless the telecommunications wiring, devices and apparatus have been installed and are in strict conformity with the provisions of this chapter, the statutes of the State of Ohio and any applicable rules and regulations issued by the Industrial Commission of Ohio under authority of the State statutes and unless they are in conformity with the most approved methods for the installation of telecommunications wiring and equipment.
(b) For purposes of this chapter, the regulations as provided for in the most recent edition of the National Electric Code (NFPA Vol. 70) as approved by the American Standards Association and as adopted in the Ohio Building Code, together with all amendments, supplements and interpretations of such codes, shall be prima-facie evidence of the most approved methods.
