Upon completion of the telecommunications wiring work in any building, the person, firm or corporation performing such work shall notify the City Electrical Inspector, who shall inspect the installation within forty-eight hours from the time such notice is given. If the installation work is found to be in full compliance with all laws relating thereto and the requirements of this chapter, and is found by the Inspector to be safe and proper, the Inspector shall issue for delivery to the owner, a Certificate of Inspection indicating the work to be in compliance with the National Electric Code and the provisions of this chapter. All wiring and/or cable which is to be hidden from view shall, wherever feasible, be inspected before concealment.
