The method of initiating and conducting layoffs, terminations and reinstatements of laid-off employees, which may from time to time become necessary within the ranks of the Canton Police and Fire Departments, shall be made in accordance with and pursuant to the Civil Service Laws of Ohio, Chapter 124 of the Ohio Revised Code and the respective collective bargaining agreements.
