1317.05 EXEMPTIONS FROM APPLICABILITY OF LICENSING REQUIREMENTS.

No registration is required to install wood stove or prefabricated fireplaces, but a permit shall be obtained. Woodburning stoves and prefabricated fireplaces shall be listed by Underwriters Laboratories or another recognized testing laboratory and installed to the manufacturers' specifications.
