1317.03 MECHANICAL CODES ADOPTION.

(a) The City approves and adopts the current edition of the Ohio Building Code and Residential Code of Ohio, and any additions or amendments as may hereinafter be adopted and promulgated, which shall be applicable to all HVAC/R systems within all one-, two- and three-family dwelling structures in the City.

(b) Low pressure boilers shall be installed according to manufacturers' specifications and the Ohio Mechanical Code.
