(a) All plans and specifications required to be submitted in triplicate shall be examined by the Chief Building Official (Plans Examiner) or his designee for acceptability under the provisions of this chapter and the National Electric Code. Fees for processing and the inspection of plans and specifications for buildings governed by the Ohio Building Code shall be as set forth in Section 1303.04.
(b) Fees for processing and the inspection of plans and specifications for commercial buildings shall be as set forth in Section 1303.04.

(c) Fees charged for plans examinations made by the Electrical Inspector for new or remodeled one-, two- and three-family dwellings shall be as set forth in Section 1303.04.
