1311.03 LICENSE REQUIRED.

Any person who owns, maintains, operates a home improvement business, or any salesman for such business shall be licensed as required by this chapter. However, the licensing requirements of this chapter shall not be applicable where the cost of the home improvement is less than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00).
