1311.02 HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT REQUIRED; CONDITIONS.

Every transaction dealing with home improvements between a home improvement contractor and an owner of property in the City shall conform with the requirements of Ohio R.C. 1345.21 to 1345.28.
