155.14 LIABILITY FOR INVESTMENTS.

The Treasurer or any member of the Investment Board shall not be liable for the loss of any public money deposited or invested pursuant to and in compliance with this chapter including, but not limited to, losses occasioned by the sale of any instruments, securities or obligations, the closing of any depository accounts, or the failure of any depository bank or eligible institution.
