(a) The Canton Construction Board shall organize by electing a chairperson, vice-chairperson and a secretary, who shall serve for a period of one year.
(b) A quorum of the full Board shall consist of five members and no official meeting shall be held unless a quorum is present. A quorum of a Section shall consist of three members, and no action shall be taken by a Section unless a quorum is present.
(c) The various sections of the Board shall meet at the direction of the Board Chairperson to consider matters in the respective trade areas and make recommendations to the full Board.
(d) The Chief Building Official or his designee shall serve as a member of all three advisory Sections.
(e) In no event shall the Chief Building Official or his designee or the Council designate serve as Chairperson of any Section or of the full Board.
