The Chief Building Official, or his designee shall issue all permits for the erection, repair, remodeling, erecting and shoring of building; all permits for plumbing work; all permits for electrical work, and all permits for the installation of any warm air heating equipment or appurtenances; when, in the opinion of the Chief Building Official, or his designee, the ordinances, Building Code, Board of Health rules and regulations, and State laws have been fully complied with.
