1301.03 INSPECTION OF INDUSTRIALIZED STRUCTURES AND METHODS OUTSIDE THE CITY.
   (a)    The various inspectors of the Building Department are authorized to travel outside of the City limits to inspect different buildings, houses, material and equipment including methods of construction, plumbing, electrical and heating used that are being manufactured for the erection within the City limits. Expenses involved by the different inspectors traveling to and from the factory constructing such building units shall be paid in advance by the companies requesting such inspections.
   (b)   Such inspections are to be made by the various inspectors of the Building Department to determine whether such construction of buildings and houses, including equipment and material, electrical, plumbing and heating units meet the requirements of the City Building Code.
