151.20 FRINGE BENEFITS FOR SUPERVISORY NONUNION PERSONNEL IN POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS.
   (a)   Unless otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, the positions of Chief of Police and Major within the Police Department and Fire Chief and Division Chief within the Fire Department shall be paid or allowed the same fringe benefits, both monetary and nonmonetary, as are provided to officers in the rank of Captain in the Police and Fire Departments respectively in accordance with the collective bargaining agreements between the City and Fraternal Order of Police and Canton Professional Firefighters Association, with the exception of stress and/or risk pay.
   (b)   The positions of Chief of Police and Major within the Police Department and Fire Chief and Division Chief within the Fire Department shall be entitled to the vacation provisions, terminal leave pay provisions and uniform allowances as provided to officers in the rank of Captain in the Police and Fire Departments, respectively, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreements between the City and the Fraternal Order of Police and Canton Professional Firefighters Association. Each employee must meet the standards set for qualification within said agreements to qualify for the benefit; otherwise the benefits provided by this chapter shall apply. (Ord. 170-2004.
