(a) Two weeks’ pay shall be held back from all City employees. Employees shall be paid biweekly. The biweekly rate payable to salaried employees shall be determined by dividing the applicable annual salary rate by either the actual number of workdays in the year, multiplied by ten or by the actual number of work hours in the year, multiplied by eighty, with any fractional cents in favor of the employee. Payment for less than a biweekly period shall be computed by dividing the biweekly amount by ten, multiplied by the number of days worked.

(b) The Housing Secretary, the Secretary of the Zoning Board and the members and Secretary of the Civil Service Commission shall be paid on the last regularly scheduled salary payroll period at the end of each month.
