151.06 HOLIDAYS.
   (a)   A full-time employee and attorney in the Law Department receives the following paid holidays:
          January 1, known as New Year's Day;
          The third Monday in January, known as Martin Luther King Day;
          The third Monday in February, known as Presidents' Day;
          The Friday before Easter Sunday, known as Good Friday;
          The last Monday in May, known as Memorial Day;
          June 19, known as Juneteenth;
          July 4, known as Independence Day;
          The first Monday in September, known as Labor Day;
          November 11, known as Veterans' Day;
          The fourth Thursday in November, known as Thanksgiving Day;
          The fourth Friday in November, known as the day after Thanksgiving;
          December 25, known as Christmas Day.
   (b)   If a holiday falls on Saturday, it will be celebrated on the preceding Friday. If it falls on a Sunday, it will be celebrated on Monday.
   (c)   Part-time attorneys in the law department receive the paid holiday if they are scheduled to work.
