There is hereby created a Systems Planning Board, which shall consist of the Mayor, Law Director, Auditor, Treasurer, a Representative of Canton City Council, Presiding Judge of the Canton Municipal Court, Clerk of Courts, Director of Public Service, Health Commissioner, Director of Public Safety and Information Systems Manager or their designees, and one member of the public, qualified by occupation or profession as having specialized knowledge in the area of management information systems, to be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council. The term of the public member shall be two years.
