149.01 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby created a License Appeals Board, which shall consist of the City Law Director, Director of Public Service and Director of Public Safety, or their designees. The City Law Director shall serve as Chairman of the Board and the Director of Public Safety shall serve as Secretary and shall maintain all records of the actions of the Board.
