The Housing Advisory Board shall:
(a) Receive and review comprehensive plans for the development and maintenance of affordable housing submitted to the Housing Advisory Board pursuant to division (A)(2) of Ohio R.C. 176.04;
(b) Receive and review written descriptions submitted to it by the City pursuant to division (A)(3) of Ohio R.C. 176.04, of the purposes to which the City proposes to apply the proceeds of general obligations the City proposes to issue or the moneys raised by taxation the City proposes to expend pursuant to Section 16 of Article VIII, Ohio Constitution;
(c) Advise the City regarding the plans and descriptions it receives pursuant to subsections (a) and (b) hereof; and
(d) Perform such other advisory functions for the City related to its programs to provide, or assist in providing, housing as the City may request it to perform.
