(a) The following divisions are hereby established within the Department of Public Service to be headed by such officials as respectively indicated:
Purchasing Division: Director
Street Maintenance and Repair Division: Superintendent
Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Division: Superintendent
Sanitation and Environmental Control Services Division: Superintendent
Water Construction, Repair Maintenance, Supply and Treatment Division: Superintendent
Storm and Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Division: Superintendent
Water Reclamation Facility: Superintendent
Auditorium and Exhibit Hall: Manager
City Hall and City Buildings Maintenance Division: Superintendent
Park Maintenance and Construction Division: Director-Secretary
Urban Redevelopment, which includes Urban Renewal, Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Relocation Divisions: Directors
(b) Each division head provided for under subsection (a) hereof shall be appointed in the manner provided by law and shall perform such duties as may be required of him by the Director of Public Service.
