131.07 EXTENSION OF POLICE SERVICES TO FEDERAL PROPERTIES.

(a) The Police Department is hereby authorized to extend its services and use of its equipment to properties owned by the U. S. Federal Government that are located within the corporate limits of the City.

(b) Such services and use of the equipment shall be extended only when, in the discretion of the Chief of Police, such services are warranted and will not endanger the City by leaving the City without adequate police protection.
