123.03 APPORTIONMENT OF INVESTMENT EARNINGS AMONG FUNDS.

All investment earnings from any funds of the City shall be deposited into the General Fund, except as otherwise required by federal or State law or City ordinance, and with the exception of park funds, for which interest shall be deposited to each separate park fund.
