113.02 STREET/ALLEY VACATION FEE.
   The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to require and collect a deposit of three hundred dollars ($300.00) to pay for the costs of advertising, recording and other costs incurred in the processing of an alley or street vacation. The deposit shall accompany the application. If the actual costs exceed this deposit, the Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to require and collect the additional amount needed to pay for all costs. If the actual costs are less than the amount of the deposit, the Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to issue a commensurate refund.
