(a) The City of Canton’s existing wards are re-divided into new boundaries as described by street boundary descriptions set forth below, and Council finds that the foregoing re-division of wards under Ohio R.C. 731.06 is composed of adjacent and compact territory and that they are substantially equal in population within deviations permitted by Federal law. This section shall be effective for electoral purposes for the municipal primary election occurring at least 150 days after passage of this section (December 20, 2021).
(b) Ward 1. Situated in the City of Canton, County of Stark, State of Ohio and being more fully described as follows:
