(a) Acts Contrary to the Chapter. No person or company shall store, collect, transport, transfer, recover, incinerate or dispose of any solid waste within the City contrary to this Chapter.
(b) Littering. No person shall place, or allow to be placed, any noncontainerized solid waste, including leaves, grass clippings or tree trimmings upon the roads, streets or public or private property within the City.
(c) Dead Animals. No person shall place any dead animal or parts thereof, in a container for collection.
(d) Open Dumps. No person shall use or operate an open dump.
(e) Open Burning. No person shall burn solid waste in any manner other than in a duly authorized incinerator.
