975.02 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE.

The Sanitation Depattment shall provide a comprehensive solid waste collection and disposal service to all residential structures in the City. The Department of Public Service shall be responsible for the administrative management of this chapter and the rules and regulations authorized herein.
