Any individual, group and/or organization utilizing City owned property or any other City controlled public property for a special event, must completely clean and restore the area at the conclusion of their event. If the area is not cleaned and restored, the City has the right to deny that individual, group and/or organization the use of the area for future events and assess a reasonable fee for the costs incurred in cleaning and restoring the property to its previous condition.
